As a result of the overwhelming success of 2012’s MidAtlantic Horse Rescue Thoroughbred Show, The Totally Thoroughbred Show at Pimlico Race Course and the Fair Hill Furlongs to Fences TB Show, organizers are pleased to announce the formation of the Thoroughbred Alliance Show Series. (T.A.S.S.)
The 2013 show series consists ofseveral Thoroughbred Only horse shows in the Mid Atlantic region including a year end awards banquet to be held at Laurel Park. Awards will be given to horses and riders that have accumulated the most points throughout the season. Registration for year end awards is free.

Jockey Club Racing Secretary and one of the committee members of TASS said, “We, at the Maryland Jockey Club, are very excited to be part of the first ever all thoroughbred horse show series! We hope this will bring more awareness that a thoroughbred's career does not end at the racetracks.”
